Our Team
INCIGHT ltd are an independent consultancy based in Oxford (U.K), who specialise in helping businesses to develop and improve their management systems, improve quality culture and support their journey to Operational Excellence. We are owned and led by our managing director, Mike Bladon, a Lean Six Sigma black belt who has 20+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations (cGMP), facilities and services management and HSEQ management systems - managing global change initiatives, helping organisations to achieve significant savings and benefits through improvement projects and previously Director of Quality Operations at Catalent Inc.
Mike is proud to be a practitioner with the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), qualified lead auditor and associate auditor with the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Our Approach
By our nature we take a consultative approach, with our primary goal to understand what your organisation is all about, and what it wants to achieve.
Step 1
Typically we will start with a short telephone call and then arrange a face-to-face meeting or videoconferencing call to better understand your needs. We typically use Microsoft Teams. Our initial call and meeting are totally free and will allow us to get to know you and your business better (and vice-versa). As necessary we have our standard NDA that both parties can sign electronically (using DocuSign) to allow sensitive and confidential discussions.
Step 2
We will agree next steps and provide a quote for our services. All of our quotes include:

Step 3
We assess your organisation's needs and develop your roadmap OR provide specific consulting support for your projects as required. Further works are dependent on your organisation's need and agreed prioritisation of activities.
